January 21, 2017 – 8-11 AM. Peace Village pancake breakfast at the First Christian Church, El Paseo Road, across from Las Cruces High School. This event helps raise funds for organizations that serve kids; the Kiwanis motto is “Kids need Kiwanis.” Apparently, Kiwanians and their friends live on pancakes, as you can tell from all our postings about pancake breakfasts. We do have great equipment and willing cooks and servers. We will be serving pancakes, juice, sausage, and coffee. You can eat in or carry out.
UPDATE: We raised $685 for the Peace Village!
To attend: tickets are $5 in advance at Peace Village. They can also be bought at the door.
To serve: Join in! Help mix batter, cook, serve, clean up; it’s good camaraderie and for a good cause. Contact us at (575) 525-9478
